Clerk

The Clerk is the secretary of the township and is responsible for all manner of record-keeping throughout the administration.

The Clerk has a special role as secretary to Council with responsibility for keeping the minutes of Council meetings.

The Clerk is also responsible for:

  • Council/Committee Secretariat
  • Lottery and Marriage Licences
  • Policy and Procedures Manuals
  • Records Management
  • By-laws, Registrations, Vital Statistics, Freedom of Information Requests
  • Municipal Elections
