Clerk
The Clerk is the secretary of the township and is responsible for all manner of record-keeping throughout the administration.
The Clerk has a special role as secretary to Council with responsibility for keeping the minutes of Council meetings.
The Clerk is also responsible for:
- Council/Committee Secretariat
- Lottery and Marriage Licences
- Policy and Procedures Manuals
- Records Management
- By-laws, Registrations, Vital Statistics, Freedom of Information Requests
- Municipal Elections
