The Youth Justice Committee is comprised of volunteer members of various community organizations including Huron Domestic Assault Review Team, Rural Response for Healthy Children, START, Victims Services, Probation and Parole, and many others. Our goal is to educate and inform youth and parents/caregivers of various issues affecting our youth today.
Unfortunately, we are seeing a rise in sexual assault and offences otherwise related to unhealthy relationships. It is important to educate our youth and parents/caregivers on consent, what is dating violence, how a youth or parent can recognize signs of unhealthy relationships and where to go to get help.
Youth Justice Huron County presents YOU MATTER.
Join local community agencies to learn more about healthy relationships, dating violence, sexual violence/harassment, consent, bystander intervention.
