NOTICE OF SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING

TUESDAY, OCTOBER 24, 2023 at 9:00AM

HOWICK TOWNSHIP OFFICE

The purpose of this Special Council meeting is to accommodate a necessary Closed Council meeting for labour relations and employee negotiation purposes.

Motion to move into Closed Session pursuant to Section 239(2)(b)and (d) of the Municipal Act, to consider the items as set out on the Agenda.

Section 239(2)(b) and (d):

(b) Personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees;

(d) labour relations or employee negotiations.

The Special Council and Special Council Closed Session meetings will be held in-person and not livestreamed.
