By-Law No. 38-20 Swimming Pool Enclosure By-Law
At the June 4th, 2024 Council meeting, the Huron County planning department brought forth its 2024 proposed housekeeping amendments to the Township of Howick Zoning By-Law. Part of these housekeeping amendments included the removal of the definition of a swimming pool and Section 3.32 Swimming Pool regulations, specifically Section 3.32.3 which regulated swimming pool enclosures.
At the June 24th 2024 Council meeting Council passed By-Law No. 38-2024 to Regulate Swimming Pool Enclosures in the Township of Howick.
